亲爱的Trojans，

又是一年夏天，年轻的你们即将奔赴天使之城——洛杉矶开启一段新的生活。在你们踏上远赴太平洋彼岸的航班之前，一年一度的新生欢送会也即将举行。在今年的欢送会中，我们将会邀请北京校友会的校友代表与各位分享归国后的工作与生活。届时，我们也将邀请南加大北京办事处、南加大CSA（华人学生会），南加大CSSA（中国学生学者协会）以及ICON Union的代表与各位分享在南加大以及在洛杉矶学习生活的方方面面，让各位更加深入了解南加大校友会、南加大北京办公室以及南加大各社团。欢迎各位新生、校友、家长以及关注南加州大学的朋友们届时来参加。

本次活动由南加州大学北京校友会与北京办事处联合主办，由南加大CSA、南加大CSSA及ICON Union协办。特别感谢广发银行为本次欢送会活动提供场地支持。

活动时间&地点

本次SCend-off欢送会由南加州大学北京校友会与南加大驻京办事处联合主办，

由南加大USC CSA，南加大USC CSSA以及ICON Union协办。

活动流程

1. USC 北京校友会开场致辞。（10分钟）

2. USC北京办事处致辞。（5分钟）

3. 校友会代表致辞。（10分钟）介绍USC 传统文化，校友会文化以及中国学生在USC的大致情况和相关数据。

4. 活动协办方学生社团之一USC CSSA代表致辞。（5分钟）

5. 活动协办方学生社团分别介绍洛杉矶生活资讯。（30分钟）

DearTrojans,

Weare delighted to welcome all of you to join the Trojan family. Before you make your way across the Pacific Ocean to the beautiful sunny City of Angels, LosAngeles, to start a new chapter of your life at the University of Southern California, we would like to cordially invite you to the 2015 SCend off party on this July 4th. This year, we are going to have in attendance representatives from the USC Alumni Club to share their experience both abroad in the United States and afterwards returning to China. We will also invite USC BeijingOffice, the USC Chapter of CSA (Chinese Student Association), the USC Chapter of CSSA (Chinese Student and Scholar Association), and ICON Union to introduce to you various aspects of social and academic life on your new campus in Downtown Los Angeles. You will have plenty of opportunities to get a jump start on your new campus life by meeting and networking with members of the Trojan community,both with existing alumnis and with incoming students just like you. You can learn about the USC Beijing Office and USC Alumni Club of Beijing, variousstudent associations, campus activities, and more importantly start making newfriends prior to departure. We welcome all members of the Trojan family, parents and those who are interested to learn more about University of Southern California to attend. You do not want to miss it!
